The London Burrito Research Institute have sent two of their finest academics over to taste our burritos. This research group is responsible for many notable advances in the field of burrito research including their seminal work on the structure of the chimichanga and quantifying the dual reasonance effect in guacamole. See their full paper here, which confirms beyond doubt what we’ve been saying all along about our burritos.
We have pre-rolled burritos available at our Blomfield street branch (the one near Liverpool street) if you don’t fancy waiting in line.
Just go straight to the till and ask for one. You can choose your meat filling – each burrito contains guacamole, coriander-lime rice, black beans, tomato salsa, sour cream, tomatillo chilli salsa, pineapple salsa, cheese and lettuce.
Our new site at 18 Blomfield Street EC2M 7AJ opened successfully for business this week. We kept it low-profile to bed things down but we had an excellent turnout anyway so many thanks to everyone who came in! Next week we’ll be running full-steam with breakfast and our marketing.
We have managed to source some delicious whole guindilla chillis that you can now add to your meal. They’ve been individually roasted and peeled and have a smoky-sweet flavour. They’re quite hot, though not excessively so – these babies are all about the flavour.
We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be opening a new store at 18 Blomfield Street EC2M 7AJ (between Liverpool Street station and London Wall). We know better than to promise an exact opening date but we’re hoping for early May.
And yes, the zippy-looking but illegally parked scooter in front of the shop belongs to us.
Happy to hear that The Muesli Lover enjoyed our breakfast burrito! Read the blog article here.
Yet another newspaper article on how our neighbourhood is buzzing with creative energy!
